You are not alone. In fact, I am about to tackle this with a peer. I truly believe its a void of substantial and relevant upper leadership. This void creates fear - like mice in a cage just peddling because they are fed. I think it starts with honest conversation that uses empathy to understand that especially after covid, when many were labelled non-essential, like myself, we have to discuss what people value in the context of work.
