“Life is like sailing. You can use any wind to go in any direction.” — Robert Brault

Over the past couple of weeks, I've found myself grappling with what can only be described as "manic Mondays." Now, with both of my boys actively participating in sports, I've developed a newfound admiration for parents who juggle even a single extracurricular activity on top of our never ending busy lives. I am fortunate that both my boys are at the same event but even managing the extracurricular schedule of a child is a full time job, on its own. At this phase of life the, the weekends fly by in the blink of an eye, and suddenly, I'm thrust back into work mode before I've had a chance to catch my breath.

Weekends have become like an elusive butterfly you just can’t catch! Just blink, and it’s Monday again, leaving you wondering if weekends are sponsored by Usain Bolt.

But hey, at least we’re getting our cardio in, chasing after those precious Saturday and Sunday moments, when not en route to some rugby or football game.
