This piece touches upon so many contributing factors that clash to create this re-imagining of a future workforce. Last year I led an Innovation workshop at a conference and for a nearby city that pulled together real citizens, alongside the local university and three multinational companies to ideate on the future of work. The incongruent perception of companies and government to fully grasp this paradigmatic shift and what citizens are going through, have left me wondering — is it time this post-modern — climate change critical, and debt laden generation question the function of governments? This is all unsettling to watch. Great post
