Thanks for the link, Alejandro- I'll check it out. It's really sad how some companies don't take action, isn't it? When people report toxic behavior to HR, they often end up feeling gaslighted instead of supported. It makes me think that maybe HR should be outside the company to really make a difference. Honestly, I've lost faith in internal HR departments. K
