In terms of prototyping (traditional), I created massive banners (a la LCBO) and presented personas as a gallery integrating in the future of work. It was sponsored by TD/Deloitte and UWaterloo, along with Manulife. The presentation was an empathy based approach to "gig economy" (an in part afront to the realities. The GenX taking care of parent, while working at home etc. It was a very engaging conversations. Anyway. funding is always a problem. I think it necessitates a level of deep community advocacy.
