When I worked as the Design lead at Autodesk, what you describe is just what we did as we proceduralized our software - learning form the best experts to enable better performance from all users. I am trying to think - I have no further insight - as to how this would manifest. It also needs to be accompanied with a sense of honesty and transparency so people know the impact for them as well. K
