Michael - I was ready to fight!!!! LOL. Kidding!!! I think I try to write outside time and space and fully expect someone will come for me but I am not to be toyed with in words. I eat trolls for breakfast. I am happy you get my points here. I think the all or nothing approach is a false start and keeps us stuck in binary modes of thinking like rats in cages.
