Indeed. In certain context data that powers Ai belongs to the collective -all of us. However, I am thinking more about Ai powered systems where the choice is between centralization vs decentralization. More specifically there is some data that needs to return to the individual as theirs to own and port as they see fit. And to my first point we were the raw materials that created thus power and it seems fitting that some aspects should be a public utility. I hope that clears up my earlier comment. K
