Incidentally, this one the the aspects of my upcoming defense. I have been thinking a lot about this in terms of contending with the rapid rates of tech advancement and the idea of ramping up cadence of learning to align with the currency of digital literacy - What I know today is obsolete tomorrow. I say all this to say we must think also of the granularity of digital literacy. I love this point and it is such a challenge.
