I was recently at a conference and shared this as a ‘fearless' thing I did and was happy to share as so many of us have this but then I didn’t know what to do. For me it started with taking every Friday off. I didn’t know what was happening but I was like a zombie on autopilot and I suggests everyone do this. Mental health is everything. I hope you have the opportunity to do this. It was really empowering. Best!
