And why this question is gaining attention in the modern workforce

In this brief blog post, I explore a topic that resonates deeply with those of us who have witnessed the changing nature of workplace dynamics. More and more, people are feeling disconnected and uneasy about their jobs — whether it’s the office environment, their bosses, colleagues, or the corporations they work for. For many of us, work has become little more than a transaction, something we keep separate from our personal lives. I’ll admit, I have started to feel this way too. Truthfully, I have found myself keeping some coworkers at a distance, cautious about letting work spill over into my private world and avoiding any face time that will enable any level of comfort with me. And it’s clear I am not the only one.
