Given I am getting up there in age I fear a simple twisted ankle these days.

My friend’s mom just fell and broke her hips and had to be moved to a facility. Another mom fell outside and had to crawl to get indoors to a phone or may have died from hypothermia. Another mom refuses to leave her enormous home and continues to drive. Etc, etc.

Given I am getting up there in age I fear a simple twisted ankle these days. It's so true that a simple misstep can mean life slows down or for some comes to a near halt.
