In the words of the illustrious playwright George Bernard Shaw, “life isn’t about finding yourself; life is about creating yourself.” This sentiment rings true for many aspects of our existence, notably in the pursuit of professional fulfilment. In real life, traditional career paths often feel overcrowded or misaligned with personal values, the concept of creating your dream job rather than finding it becomes not only appealing but necessary.

The idea of what it means to work is continuously evolving; yet it is important for us to recognize that the roles and functions we adhere to in the professional setting are, in many ways, constructs shaped by societal norms and expectations.
