“The challenge of modernity is to live without illusions and without becoming disillusioned.” — Antonio Gramsci

Power is a chameleon, ever-elusive and constantly shifting, adapting its colours to the backdrop of the times. Just as societies evolve, so does power, morphing in response to the rhythmic dance of technological innovations, economic waves, and cultural revolutions. Like a chameleon, it’s sometimes indistinguishable from its environment, hidden in plain sight, and at other times, it stands out, bold and unapologetic. Those who seek to harness it must recognize its mercurial nature; for in one moment it might be within grasp, and in the next, it could vanish, seamlessly blending into a new landscape. In this game of shadows and light, only the astute can truly discern the ever-changing hues of power.
