Why Maslow’s hierarchy of needs still matters today

Since 2017, I have practiced as a certified Design Thinking Digital Transformation Coach, helping companies innovate and envision future solutions to remain competitive in their respective marketplaces. I have also worked with various independent firms and organizations, volunteering my expertise in both Risk & Change Management and designing work futures. The breadth and application of Design Thinking are extensive; I have even collaborated with a political organization in a volunteer capacity, assisting with responsive political messaging. What all these experiences have in common is the practical application of Design Thinking.
