Here’s something we could all use a bit more of: Time. Often, we just can’t find the time for the important stuff, and even thinking about starting to manage our time better can feel overwhelming. In this post, I’ll talk about how we can get better at managing our time, avoid always feeling behind, and importantly, suggest putting aside your phone clock which often distracts us more than it helps. I’m going to introduce a popular method — The Pomodoro Technique. It’s a strategy that can help you keep up with time’s constant ticking while also getting back to some good old-fashioned, analogue ways of doing things.
