6 reasons why its okay to groom your social network accounts
Not everyone needs to be in your circle

In this post, I discuss the importance of social media grooming, highlighting that not everyone needs to remain in your digital social circle forever; and, it is okay to groom your social media circle from time to time. This practice, is not unlike cleaning a cluttered space; in this case, it involves cutting out contacts from platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to declutter your digital life. Doing so, in my experience, ensures more meaningful connections. I write from a place of experience, as well as insight and provide some reasons below.
By curating our social media presence, we create a healthier and more purposeful online environment, underlining the notion that it’s necessary and beneficial to be selective about your digital company, as you are in your analogue life, for overall well-being.
