I'll be transparent: my relationship with work has ebbed and flowed between deep affection, where even long commutes didn't dampen my spirits, and profound aversion. Since 2018, I've chronicled this journey, from time to time, sharing the highs and lows with you. Work, inevitably, is a staple of human existence, entwining with our daily lives. As such, we must manage its fluctuating tides, embracing both its challenges and rewards.

Many factors contribute to our job dissatisfaction, including misaligned company values, lack of growth opportunities, and unsatisfactory relationships with colleagues or management. However, understanding that we hold some degree of power to change our circumstances or how we perceive them is crucial.
